Welcome to I-LEAD

The Institute for Leadership Enhancement And Development (I-LEAD) was founded in 1990. It started as an educational consulting firm and focused on working with K-12 school district leaders and teachers to: (1) Implement programs, practices and strategies designed to increase student achievement; (2) Build individual and organizational leadership capacity; and (3) Leverage high-impact instructional and leadership practices. Over the years, I-LEAD has become a multifaceted consulting firm offering a variety of services to educational institutions, businesses, churches, individuals, public and private non-profit organizations.

With a focus on leadership coaching, I-LEAD Associates design, develop and deliver coaching and professional development services. The goal is to increase the capabilities of current and future leaders, helping them achieve identified goals and enhance their performance. Through careful questioning and deep listening, I-LEAD Associates work with clients to help remove the obstacles that impede individual growth and organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, by targeting organizational improvement, I-LEAD Associates offer customized solutions to the challenges that individuals and organizations face.
